Funciones

Continuously growing international group, with several businesses, including automotive sector is looking for a PRODUCTION MANAGER to work in their production Manufacturing Plant in Czech Republic

Reporting to the Plant Manager and being responsible for approx. 50 operators and Shift Leaders, his/her main duties will be:

-	Leading and managing productive resources within settled methods and based on continuous improvement philosophy to meet the needs of customers in accordance with the guidelines received from the Company Management and strategies of the Group.
-	Planning and optimizing human and material resources, necessary to ensure the fulfilment of customers’ needs, coordinating the incidents and deviations that may occur together with its partners and related resources  (Logistics, HR, etc.).
-	Meet quality, cost, service, safety and environment targets, monitoring and controlling of operations and ensuring taking action against deviations vs. budget
-	Ensure an effective internal and external communication.
-	Propose and lead the implementation of improvement actions and deployment in the area of responsibility in coordination with the rest of the Managers team.
-	Team Management – responsible for motivation, training, development and evaluation of workforce, as well as integration into the business projects.

Requisitos

-	Higher technical education - degree  Organization, mechanical Engineering…
-	2 years of experience on production manager position  in serial production 
-	Experience in the implementation of systems such as SMED/TPM/Lean Management/ 5 S
-	Demonstrated experience managing production data.
-	Knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 14000, UNE 81900, OSHAS 18001, IATF 16949
-	MS Office, ERP system
-	Experience in managing team of 20-60 people
-	Spanish  and English B2/C1. Mandatory
-	Other languages such us Czech and Basque will be an asset.
