Funciones

The Production Manager English Bilingual + Dutch will be based in Madrid and will be responsible:
 * To deliver outstanding marketing performance for global brands.
 * Global Scale with localreach.

 * Offsite, onsite and 'inside'-embedded "hub & spoke".
 * Across all marketing channels and geographies.

The purpose of the role:
 * Oversees the sourcing and production of a variety of retail printed materialsacross various clients in a high pacedenvironment, from quoting to delivery, according to the defined processes and KPIs, so our service reputation remains as best-in-class in theindustry.
 * Collaborate closely with the Marketing Activations Managers in order to allow them
to focus on client engagement and strategic activities.
 * Production Management
 * To ensure the briefing received from a MAM or a client is clear in terms of requirements before being forwarded to suppliers.
 * To brief the suppliers in an effective way remotely, to ensure they quote according to the requirement in the system.
 * To check the supplier's progress on the different steps of the production process and keep everything under tight control.

Requisitos

 * Industry related education and qualification preferred. 
 * Ability to speak multiple languages. ( English, Dutch, Polish, German, French, Hungarian, Czech).
 * At least 3 years experience proven work experience in sourcing and/or production management.
 * Proven project management skills.
 * Experience working with suppliers to negotiate job costs and schedules.
 * Highly proficient with MS Office software, especially Excel.
 * Effective written and verbal communication skills.
