• Liaise and act as point of contact with the different departments involved in programs’ operations and administration (Faculty, Admissions, Registrar’s Office, Planning…). • Attend and support the students and professors on a daily basis. • Coordinate the program documentation and logistics with the professors. • Manage a high volume of e-mail and respond on time to student queries. • Process internal expense reports. • Contribute to the preparation and edition of reports and presentations. • Manage the logistics of the program deliveries: caterings, organization of extracurricular events (simulations, visits, etc.) and travel arrangements. • Collaborate with our learning technologies team to support the online learning platform, ensuring accuracy and appropiate maintenance.
• Bachelor’s Degree • Bilingual English and Spanish (written and oral) and good communication skills • Knowledge of another foreign language is also a plus • Previous experience education industry or a similar academic institution, would be a strong asset. • A track record of customer interface, excellent organization skills, and a “can-do attitude”. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint). • Curious, open to learn and with team-working skills. • Strong desire to work in a multicultural environment. • Candidates must be EU citizens or possess a valid EU work permit.
