Key Action Areas: Offer support during the enrollment process: • Follow up of e-mail leads • Coordinate with the corporate clients for the promotional activities of the initiatives associated • Attend to any administrative tasks to ensure a smooth running of the enrollment process • Give first level technical support when needed Offer support in the delivery of the online courses • Support course delivery activities for self-paced online courses, webinars and forums • Attend to administrative and logistical duties to ensure a smooth running of the initiates in charge in the department • Assist participants and faculty before, during and after the courses • Implement surveys and complete their associated reports • Use different follow-up actions and learning analytics to foster participants’ engagement and maximize completion rate • Prepare the necessary materials for meetings presentations and corporate client reports. Offer support on the creation of a community of students during and after the course • Support learners after the courses to create a community around topics and interests • Implement interaction channels to ensure communication with learners and among them.
Requirements: • Fluent in Spanish and Italian (mandatory). Note: Courses will be delivered in Spanish and Italian. English is also required as it is one of the working languages of the department. • Communication and team-member skills • Service and results orientation • Detail-oriented • Ability to multitask • Open to learn • Microsoft Office knowledge
