Program manager for Collaboration Tools Stream: Prior experience supporting IT collaboration tools project : Gsuite , Office 365, Slack, Google tools,Video Conf tools and Prior experience in large scale IT operational in Merger & Acquisition projects.

-Follow-up dependencies across teams and projects - address issues in case of inconsistency.
 -Make sure tough decisions are taken by management so that the teams are in perfect position to deliver.
 -Track plans during execution and ensure updated information is made available to all relevant stakeholders.
 -Make sure the collaboration gets prioritized, help organize sync meetings and follow-up on the cross-team delivery.
 -Help define and track metrics to measure delivery.
 -Support the budget follow-up.
 -Prepare the reporting to the programme management, sponsors and the technical governance forums.
 -Support the preparation of arbitration to facilitate decision making for the workstream lead and the sponsors.


Perfil del candidato

-Experience executing IT operational projects, with excellent IT and business judgment.
 -Prior experience in IT project planning and implementation of SaaS solution.
 -Build relationships and establish credibility with business leaders and project teams (internal/external).
 -Promote operation based on use cases, MVP and iterative cycle & agile approach with stakeholders.
