The Project Manager will be responsible for developing high engagement, short online courses for a renowned international business school.

Key Action Areas:

- The incumbent will be responsible for working hand-in-hand with professors in the development of these programs through all the stages, including; syllabus design, oversee of video production, development of key interactions, and other points of engagement.
- The incumbent will demonstrate a strong interest for learning and instructional design, and will possess excellent project management and organizational skills. They will be keen analysts of innovation and technology trends in order to suggest ideas and content designs to enhance the student learning experience.
- The ideal candidate will have experience managing educational projects, be very creative, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues at all levels.

Requisitos

- MBA or equivalent Master´s degree in a related field.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Between 1 and 3 years of proved work experience in educational digital projects, online learning and course design, or more specifically MOOC or SPOC developments.
- Very creative, innovative and interested in technology.
- A good understanding of the principles of teaching and learning and in the case study methodology.
- A strong commercial focus.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and team work skills.
- One year contract.
