This role will be in charge of the delivery of client business development projects and contribute incisive business analysis to ensure the quality and value of business change projects. A Project Manager role is required to manage the delivery of client business development projects and contribute incisive business analysis to ensure the quality and value of business change projects. The appropriate candidate is expected to support business development and account managers in the delivery of products into international markets to defined time, cost and quality requirements. Whilst also operating as a business analyst to help solve solution design and implementation issues on organisational capability-based projects. This position is accountable to the Head of Innovation & Strategy within an organisational change management function.
* Experience managing the delivery of business development projects in the insurance industry * Experience in a business analyst function: researching existing business systems, identifying improvement opportunities, documenting business requirements, facilitating deliverable acceptance and providing project coordination expertise * Experience delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across different geographical locations with a significant amount of uncertainty * Experience with Agile methodologies * Experience working with and adapting Salesforce, or similar, software * A minimum of 5 years of experience in a change management function: ideally as both a business analyst and project manager * A bachelor's degree and PRINCE2 / PMP qualifications * Agile qualifications desirable * Experience working with innovative and emerging technology * Work effectively in cross-organizational situations and be enthusiastic about delivering quality solutions while working with world-class teams, processes and tools; * Work comfortably with project management software (e.g. Smartsheet), task management tools (e.g. Trello) and Microsoft Suite (e.g. Excel, Word, Visio, Project); * Promote teamwork and maintain effective communication within and across groups * Promote and drive continuous process improvement
