You have experience as Project Manager? You like driving steering committees which are related to the projects you will be owning and therefore driving decisions on scope, cost, time-lines and quality with senior stakeholders? This is your opportunity to join our growing PageSSC.


Description

The essential functions are the tasks, duties and responsibilities that are critical to the job:

 * Stakeholder identification and management

 * Create and manage project plans (scope, time-line, cost, staffing, quality, etc)

 * Participate in the resource planning and allocation of new projects.

 * Manage dependencies

 * Manage resources from multiple internal teams ensuring utilisation vs project needs

 * Ensure that all projects are proceeding according to scope, time-lines and budgets, meeting targets and expectations and adhering to established operating parameters

 * Effectively communicate and report relevant project status updates to stakeholders

 * Ensure profitability by utilising current processes for managing project budgets across the organisation.

 * Issue, risk and change control management

 * Manage multiple projects at the same time.

 * Facilitate communication with stakeholders to identify needs and evaluates alternative business solutions with a focus on enhanced relationships and satisfaction.

 * Ensures proper project closure which involves project cut-over, hyper-care, transition to support and sign-off.

 * Utilise current processes, systems and procedures that will support company short and long term goals.


Profile

Your experience:

 * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field required
 * Project Management methodology certification (PMP, Agile, Prince2 or similar)
 * Full professional English proficiency - English certificate
 * 5-10 years experience in a full time project management role
 * Proven communication skills
 * Strong organisational, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
 * Project budgeting skills
 * Proficient with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, etc.), and Microsoft Project and/or other project management software
 * Competent and proficient understanding of IT Delivery life-cycle
