Busco Project Manager para compañía multinacional líder, especializada única y exclusivamente en establecimientos de restauración.


Descripción de la oferta

· ?Lead the development and be accountable for the project management of new store projects, extensions and re-fits from Site Initiation through to Handover to the operations team, ensuring compliance with relevant Health & Safety standards.
 · ?Communicate the progress of the projects to stake holders across the wider business and to external franchise and brand partners.
 · ?Select and appoint the Design team, the Main and Sub-contractors and build them into the design team
 · ?Maintain, develop and improve the relationship with the external supply chain - contractors, consultants and suppliers.
 · ?Work with franchise partners and support project managers to sign-off site specific schemes and hold regular franchise partner review meetings


Perfil del candidato

· ?Ideally a relevant building qualification.
· ?Preferably 2 years 'client or consultancy side' Project Management experience in a retail/catering environment.
· ?Capable of controlling programme and budget constraints.
· ?Ability to manage multiple Projects simultaneously.
· ?Strong management and organisation skills.
· ?Computer literate - word /excel /outlook/ MS Project

· ?Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels.
 · ?Thrives in an exceptionally challenging environment
 · ?Enthusiastic team player.
