We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of managing properties efficiently and maintaining high tenant satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: -Oversee the daily operations of residential/commercial properties, ensuring smooth and efficient management. -Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally. -Manage property leases, renewals, and rental agreements. -Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. -Collect and process rent payments, track late payments, and enforce lease terms. -Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are well-maintained. -Prepare and manage budgets, including tracking expenses and generating financial reports. -Develop and implement strategies to maintain high occupancy rates and attract new tenants. -Stay updated on local real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance. -Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and vendors.
-Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role. -Strong knowledge of property management processes and local laws. -Excellent communication and customer service skills. -Strong organizational and time management abilities. -Proficient in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, etc.). -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred: -Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field. -Property management certifications (e.g., CPM, CAM) are a plus.
