Funciones

- Reports to Sales Mgr. for materials to resell & Adm. Mgr. for other purchases
- Purchasing responsability of all materials for the business (fcsts, budgets, etc.)
- Assures proper control of Stock. Drives adjustments and differences
- Inventory follow up
- Office suplies management
- Vendor contact and follow up. Assures the best and most competitive prices
- Making buying analysis
- Providing continuous improvement opportunities both locally and globally for the relevant commodities
- Incidents settlement
- Materials reception with Logistics dept
- Monthly consumption follow up
- Material invoices introduction into the system
- Look up for new vendors and products related to the market

Requisitos

- Bachelor's degree in Economics
- Professional experience relevant to the position more than 3 years experience on a similar position
- Specific Knowledge & Competencies:
Previous experience in the purchasing department
Proactive profile & analytics
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Goals oriented & Problem solving
Organized is a must
- English C1 (other languages are a plus)
- Advanced user in Office package (excel, word, power point, acces, outlook)
- Focuses on process
- Team player
- SAP
