What You will do

Responsibilities:
 
  •  Contact person internally for our market companies and customers regarding the quality of our products 
  •  Responsible complaint handling in the respective programs and systems 
  • Tracking the effectiveness of countermeasures 
  •  Creation and maintenance of deployments regarding customer complaints and complaints 
  • Assessment and optimization of the analysis and countermeasures of external customer complaints and complaints 
  • Tracking of relevant KPIs and preparation of monthly reports
  • The jobholder reports directly to the Head of Quality Assurance
  •  Ability to influence without direct authority  
  • Excellent communication skills Structured and open-minded personality

Who You are

Requirements:

  • Technical studies or similar qualification (preferably mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, production technology, materials technology) 
  • Strong knowledge and proven experience with BRC, ISO9000, ISO14000 is mandatory 
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience (in a production environment, in Quality field) 
  • Experience in dealing with customers complaints from quality perspective 
  • Expertise in the above areas of responsibility
  • Fluency in Spanish and English 
  • Good MS Office & SAP skills
