Descripción de la oferta

* Manage contacts from customers reaching us through Twitter, Facebook and Instagram when needed and also contacts received in review sites, helping the Marketing Team to improve Company's online reputation.

 * Supervise the customer service provided via Social Media channels by a team of 6-8 people and perform quality control actions aimed to measure the quality of the interactions between customer service agents and clients.

 * Deliver training in Social Media tools and contents and collaborate with the Marketing Team to implement specific strategies and messages.

 * Apply the Postsale policies established by the company regarding discounts, refunds, compensations, etc.

 * Monitor the Postsale budget on a daily basis in order to maximize resources.

 * Devise and implement survey campaigns in order to collect customer's feedback and measure satisfaction levels.

 * Manage Social Media, Postsale and Survey tools configuration.

 * Devise and create reports with relevant information concerning Social Media performance, Postsale service and Survey results (KPI 's, SLA, Budget control...).


Perfil del candidato

* Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 * Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite.

 * +3 years of experience in customer service using Social Media channels.

 * +2 years of experience in postsale actions (compensations, refunds, coupons, gifts...).

 * +2 years of experience working with survey platforms.

 * Excellent English and Spanish level.

 * Portuguese at a high level desired.

- Salario: 18.000€

- Contrato: 3 meses + incorporación
