What will you be doing? Support customer check- in and check- out processes, ensuring that service standards are met. Support in the management of reservations, invoicing, documentation and cash control and closing. Assist guests regarding the hotel facilities in an informative, helpful and friendly manner while maintaining a professional posture and demeanour at all times. Answering telephone calls and emailsBe fully knowledgeable of the services the hotel offers and ensure that you are informed of all changes and new developments. Be familiar with all the daily events and activities in and around the hotel. Consistently provide a professional, warm and friendly service.

We are looking for an intern to assist our Front Office department. Minimum requirementsDriver's License. Own vehicle. Relevant Educational Background. Establish an Agreement with the School or University. English Knowledge: Advanced level of English. Additional knowledge of Spanish will be positively valued.
