You welcome our guests warmly and thus lay the foundation for immersing yourself in the ROBINSON atmosphere. Your positive, friendly charisma is contagious - for guests and for your team! As a Receptionist (f/m/d) you coordinate the arrival and departure of the guests and carry out the check in and check out. You will be in direct contact with our guests and the first contact person for praise, criticism or questions. With your understanding and patient nature you are always happy to help.s for the respective country

Requisitos

I training as a hotel specialist
I Experience working at reception in a first-class hotel establishment
| Knowledge in using the “Opera” system is preferable
| Ideally language communication skills for the respective country

Idioma requerido: Alemán. Inglés es un plus
