Secretary/Receptionist with high level of English.

Descripción de la oferta

* Fulfill the responsibilities of the receptionist -Log and greet all visitors, including clients, delivery persons, maintenance workers.
 * Oversee the booking of meeting rooms, catering requests, liaising with Technology Services for audio and video conferencing requests.
 * Sort post on a daily basis, place the post in the designated mail area, managing courier pick-up and deliveries, etc.
 * Liaise with invoices and support other administrative issues.
 * Ordering, stocking and inventory management of office, kitchen and janitorial supplies for the office.
 * Act as key operator of copy, fax, binding, shredding and kitchen appliances.
 * Assist with facilities, furniture and equipment set up for meetings and firm functions.
 * Deal with internal requests in general and liaise with vendors, building management/maintenance and other OWG departaments when necessary (finance, HC, IT).
 * Report weekly on progress to the office manager/leader.

Perfil del candidato

* Fluency in English and Spanish.
 * Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position, in corporate environment.
 * Ability to multitask.
 * Independence in carrying out assigned tasks.
 * Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
 * The ability to communicate with people of all level.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
