Are you an organizational talent with excellent communication skills?
As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You welcome them on board and assist them with all their needs, from their Wi-Fi connection and hairdresser appointment to providing information about the different cities we sail to. You are also responsible for the on-board shop, making sure it’s according to Scylla standards. You ensure several administrative tasks like ordering and controlling goods, booking services and products and doing regular inventories. Your main purpose is to create a memorable experience for our guests.

Requisitos

Preferably experience in similar role and/or previous cruise ship experience
Excellent organizational, administrative and time management skills
Outstanding verbal communication, listening and telephone skills
Friendly and positive attitude with strong customer focus
Representative appearance
Problem-solving skills and dependability
Stress resistant and resilient
Open minded and flexible with high social, interpersonal and cultural competencies
Excellent English skills (written & verbal), knowledge of German is a big advantage.
Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
