Descripción de la oferta

- Call all of purchases attempts (Not confirmed and Rejected) in SH platform, getting a good conversion rate.

 

- Recommends changes in products (Upselling) to the customers by evaluating results and competitive rates.

 

- Answer all the incoming Calls through video call tool

 

- Answer all the incoming Chats in less than 30 seg and getting a good conversion rate.

 

- Answer all the Mail requests assigned in less than 7 hours.

 

- Keeps Team Leaders informed by submitting daily activity.


Perfil del candidato

- Native speaker Turkish

 

- High level of English and Spanish

 

- Sales profile


Oferta de empleo

- Full Time 9 to 18.00 h

- Base Salary (Gross/year):1.113month ( 8 hours/ day ) + commissions (first 6 months 5%, starting from the 7th month 10%)

- Localization: Barrio Salamanca

- Contract: 6 month + 6 month
