* Call all of purchases attempts (Not confirmed and Rejected) in SH platform, getting a good conversion rate.
 * Recommends changes in products (Upselling) to the customers by evaluating results and competitive rates.
 * AnsweralltheincomingCallsthroughvideocalltool
 * Answer all the incoming Chats in less than 30 seg and getting a good conversion rate.
 * Answer all the Mail requests assigned in less than 7 hours.
 * Keeps Team Leaders informed by submitting daily activity.
