Funciones

- You will be responsible for the full recruitment process from the moment you receive the recruitment request from the hiring manager
- After screening the candidates´ CVs, you will perform the initial selection interview (phone, personal or both)
- Once you have the best candidates, you will arrange the interviews for the candidates with the Project Manager / Supervisor.
- You will exchange feedback about the candidates and inform them about the hiring decision
- You will be responsible for onboarding the new starters, collecting the documents, informing them about the company policy and rules, safety information, and starting date
- You will ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the date of commencement of the new employee.
- You will also be responsible for pipeline management and reporting to hiring managers

Requisitos

- You have a high level of English
- You can work in a pressured and fast-paced environment
- You can work on your own initiative and are proactive
- You love to work in a team
- You are able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- You have an advanced level of MS Office preferred (Word, Excel, Outlook)
