Description

* Proactively attracting and sourcing candidates for the Swiss market, focusing in the IT field
 * Via a range of methods e.g. social networks, direct approach, research and internal systems
 * Building and maintaining a network of candidates through targeted approach and recruitment
 * Usage of modern recruitment tools for volume recruitment
 * Updating and managing all candidate activity through an Applicant Tracking System
 * Supporting the Head of Resourcing in producing metrics and reports for the business


Profile

* Ideally a degree in related field
 * First recruitment experience in a dynamic environment
 * Proven track record of high quality recruitment in an international environment
 * Experience in working for a Recruitment Agency and/or a Recruitment Service CenterCenter as well as usage of social networks is also highly desirable
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Result focused driven individual who takes pride in a high quality of work
 * Strong team player with high level of flexibility
 * Excellent organizationalorganizational and multimulti-tasking skills with a hands-on mentality
 * Fluent in French and English
