Funciones

The Recruiting Junior Manager is an integral partner of the recruiting team within the Talent Management department. They will be involved in different recruitment activities for a variety of positions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. This person will be a key figure in overseeing the operational side of the recruiting team and will support the Talent Business Partner in facilitating and improving the organizational recruitment process in alignment with the strategy and objectives of the organization. The candidate will be a strong communicator, who will effectively work with both internal and external candidates.
Key action areas:
•	Oversee the full cycle of the hiring process, including job postings/qualification, sourcing, interviewing, selection and closing.
•	Ensure an exceptional candidate experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
•	Manage the responses to applicants ensuring proper communication with the candidate.
•	Facilitate meetings between hiring managers and applicants.
•	Coordinate the recruitment team with their respective searches.
•	Manage the recruitment data and carefully monitor their development to determine actionable plans for the improvement of the global process.
•	Ensure an updated database.
•	Proactively utilize our ATS to build and grow pools of potential candidates.
•	Perform background checks on applicants and identify potential red flags.

Requisitos

Responsibilities:
•	Bachelor´s degree in a related field. A Master´s degree will be valued.
•	At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment.
•	Spanish and English bilingual.
•	Proven experience in delivering against multiple priorities to time and quality in a target-driven environment.
•	Experience working with an ATS and wider HR Technology.
•	Direct sourcing experience, in particular, the use of LinkedIn will be a plus.
•	Detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly.
•	Great communication skills.
