Well, couldn’t disagree more. We receive positivity every day and believe it or not, we are recruiters.

How come?

5 years ago, as a start-up, we thought: “Recruitment should be done differently” - and we still keep the same idealist mindset. We are smaller in size but more effective and transparent in our services. We are strong individually and passionate about what we are doing, but most importantly, we always have each other’s back as a team (it is really a thing).

Interested?

Good news! We are looking for fellow recruiters to join the Blu Team to enjoy our titles together. If you are looking for more than just a recruitment job, if you are looking for a project where you can make a difference, you’d better read on.

Blu Team Material Test:

You understand the importance of numbers but you never treat people or value your achievements in numbers only.

You enjoy working on your own, bringing new ideas and initiative, but you always put the team first and know the importance of working in a group. You are open to learning new perspectives from both junior and senior colleagues as well as sharing your unique approach and understanding with us.

You are professional, reliable and business-oriented when it comes to business, but you equally enjoy working with casual clothes and having fun in little mini terrace pool breaks.

You know that what happens in an after-work night out stays as sweet scandalous memories that we can only laugh about together as a team (and maybe with our best friends and partners).

Nobody said Recruitment was Easy.

You are aware that it is not an easy job. Even more so when you are committed to providing quality service whatever it takes.

You know the ups and downs of the recruitment industry, but you have learned to deal with the frustration that comes along. You are resilient. You work hard (really hard) because you are truly self-demanding and quality-oriented.

You have good nerves to manage your emotions, but you also know that your team is always there for you. You are not afraid of making mistakes and admitting them.

You enjoy working towards the goal and you crash your targets before the due date. At the same time, you are humble and want to celebrate it as a team. You are ready to go for a job which sometimes will not let you sleep at night, especially when you feel amazingly proud of what you are doing.

The Job?

We can tailor it to you, your experience and your skills. Nevertheless, it will definitely include recruitment, client relationship development, office plant watering, projects - and anything else you can take.

Would we prefer you having experience in recruitment? Yes, but what matters to us the most is a real interest for the industry and willing to make a difference.
