Our client is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to assist their team in Almeria/Madrid with the recruitment processes focused on e-marketing profiles for the Belgian market.
As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities include:
- Recruit the best e-marketing professionals and engage them into your community
- Interview and asses top-notch digital managers and experts
- Use social media and e-marketing techniques to build your personal brand as a career coach.
- Challenge your candidates on their motivation, hard and soft skills and vacancy match
- Having a lot of contact with A-brand clients to present them your candidate shortlist
- Not giving up until the perfect match is made!

Requisitos

Key languages:
- Native level of Dutch/Flemish
- Fluent level of English

- Big passion for recruiting people and interest in marketing
- Excellent communication skills combine with a great sense of responsibility
- Great teamwork abilities and a good listener
