Funciones

Securitas Seguridad España S.A., need to incorporate a Regional Account Manager:

Functions:
- Regional Account Manager will be responsible for managing all operations within countries under remit.
- Serves as a key point of contact to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service for the account, evaluates service quality and initiates any necessary communication and/or corrective action in a timely manner.
- Directly accountable in respect of the attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitoring performance at all levels and scheduling training as required.
- Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency.
- Management of the recruitment process for staff to the service.
- Ensure that all case, financial and administrative records and files are maintained to a high standard.
- Ensure that services are planned, delivered and evaluated in response to the customer and company needs.
- As Regional Account Manager your duties also include guiding management staff in your respective countries, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, and preparing operations and financial reports.
- Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports and legal actions.
- Maintain effective communication with the line managers (Team Coordinators, Security Supervisors, and Campus Managers etc.) to ensure the staff provide the highest level of customer service and care, maintain and promote a safe and secure environment and act in accordance with the client requirements and Securitas policies.
- The Regional Account Manager reports directly to the Securitas Regional Account Director and with a dotted line to the Area Security Manager.
- The role is customer facing and daily contact with the customer is a big part of a Regional Account Managers Job.
- Deploy best practices across scope and functionally, drive continuous improvement activities within scope by specific trainings in close alignment with the Securitas Account Management.
- Identify and initiate improvement opportunities; recognise (potential) issues, propose and critically evaluate solutions and effectively resolve the matter / implement the solution.
- Analyses operational and financial indicators to continuously improve account performance; ensures profitable operations with full profit and loss accountability.
- Collaboration is Key and a two-way street, Transparency builds trust to connect customer and service provider for a long-term relationship building.

Requisitos

Requisitos mínimos
Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Security, Law Enforcement, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent education or significant years of work experience.
Understanding of employment legislation relating to the provision of Security staff across the region, and their potential moves between providers.
Experience of dealing with information and intelligence, interpreting security threats and risks and management of investigations.
Understanding of international relationship building and development of cross-functional/peer relationships.
Experience managing service providers and vendors.
Advanced skills in all Microsoft products.
Must be fluent in English.
Security licence

Requisitos deseados
Master's Degree in Criminal Justice, Security, Law Enforcement, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent education or experience.
CPP, PSP, CISSP or similar certification.
Ability to speak multiple languages that are common in the region.
