Funciones

Our client is a multinational from the e-learning & language-related industry. Due to its growth and expansion, they are currently searching for a Regional Marketing Manager based in their Madrid office with minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing and fluent English & Spanish. This role will give support to grow the business at a European level.


Description

* Create and implement marketing strategies in conjunction with the global marketing
team to grow our user base in European markets
 * Manage and grow a network of influencers and affiliates in Europe
 * Work closely with the global marketing team to localize and create new advertising
campaigns and email drips
 * Creating and maintaining marketing collateral
 * Identifying opportunities to increase conversion rates in key markets
 * Work with the global social media and PR managers to increase engagement and
awareness in Europe
 * Gather market intelligence on customers, competitors, provide local insights on key
trends/growth segments and translate to marketing programs.
 * Reporting, forecasting and budgeting


Profile

* A degree in Business, marketing, finance, or business information technology is a plus
 * At least 3+ years experience in Business, Sales & Marketing in European markets
 * Experiences in handling influencers, affiliates, social media, advertising campaigns,
email drips, and not limited to online community, content creation, PR, partnerships etc
development and management
 * Blend of creativity and analytical skills with a strong results-oriented, metrics-driven
approach to problem solving
 * Fluent in English. Knowledge of Spanish/Italian/French/German languages is a plus
 * Fluent in Chinese or other languages (HIGHLY VALUABLE)
 * Experience working in a startup environment (HIGHLY VALUABLE)
 * Experience with growth hacking or cross-functional growth initiatives (HIGHLY VALUABLE)
 * Experience on the language learning industry is a plus (HIGHLY VALUABLE)
