- Manage the two main processes in Order to Cash (Billing and Collections) and maximize synergies between both
- Support the Global O2C Director with the implementation of the global structure
- Reporting directly to and working in close collaboration with the Global O2C Director you will be responsible for the following tasks:
  * Assure a compliant invoicing and revenue recognition process
  * Responsible for the Monthly Revenue Closing according to Group Policy
  * Manage collection activities for the assigned region by setting group and individual targets in accordance with the company KPIs focused on DSO and Bad Debt provisions
  * Monitor cash collector activities, workload and efficiency
  * Run department wide projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Order to Cash cycle
  * Monitor recovery actions according to the assessment of the client risk and credit limits fixed by the company
  * Play a key role in the current transformation process implementing new systems and procedures
  * Liaise with internal and external customers to support business processes
  * Lead the team through the implementation of new processes, tools and best practices
  * Play a leading role in Finance Improvement related projects
  * Support the Global O2C Director in global O2C opportunities / projects / reporting

Requisitos

 * French native speaker or very high level of French and experience with French business culture
 * Ideally 5-10 years of experience in O2C
 * Previous experience in a similar supervisory / managerial role
 * Experience in project management
 * Good negotiation and communication skills (spoken and written)
 * Customer focus
 * Strong reporting skills
 * Dynamic, organized with a methodical approach and attention for detail
 * Strong social skills
 * Ability to work under pressure to achieve company objectives
