Funciones

In one sentence: The Regional People Partner is a people-centric change agent who leads the region’s managers through employee lifecycle topics and employee relations, focused on improving the experience on our sites.


What will your job look like?

•	you will design and lead the employee experience in the countries you are responsible for.
•	you will proactively approach people managers in their moments of truth during the employee life cycle,  and lead sensitive Employee Relations issues and HR processes.
•	 you will have a critical role in developing people management skills
•	you will serve as a connecting point between employees and managers being highly accessible & visible to employees
•	you will sense and reflect back to business units on regional issues that impact employee experience and engagement
•	You will be an important part of our ongoing strategy and people-centric organization
•	You will have a solid understanding of relevant business units and ability to look cross-unit to ensure best decisions to support company strategy.

Requisitos

All you need is…

•	At least 3-5 year’s relevant HR work experience preferably in a global/international service/consulting environment
•	Practical knowledge in the areas of employee management, employee relations, employment law, reward, and employee development/learning
•	Proven success in global, complex companies
•	Open communication style, change agent mindset and excellent collaboration skill
•	Bachelor degree in Social Science or Behavioral science
•	Master degree in Human resources – an advantage
•	Bilingual in local country language (or relevant languages for the region ) and English.
•	Ability to travel.
