Funciones

Consistently achieve key performance indicators such as monthly revenue targets, customer acquisition, customer retention, and sales of display space and other digital products.
Develop and maintain relationships within the assigned portfolio, ensuring equal business stature with business owners.
Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand each customer's unique goals and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Work in partnership with the Account Managers to ensure a World Class customer experience is delivered.
Collaborate closely with teams to ensure effective coordination, cooperation, and success across sales channels.
Relay key company initiatives and programs to your customers and provide their feedback through the appropriate channels.

Requisitos

Fluency in the local language German, is crucial, along with proficient written and spoken English.
A minimum of two years' experience in selling digital products and consistently meeting sales targets.
Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office software is required.
Exceptional relationship
building skills to quickly establish rapport with customers while maintaining professionalism and expertise.
A strong customer focus and the determination to achieve results.
An analytical and data
driven mindset to maximize opportunities.
Sales acumen to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, assisting customers in making purchases and addressing their future needs.
Excellent listening skills to transform customer needs into tailored solutions.
Enthusiasm and resilience to adapt to changes and strive for success.
