Grupo Enterprise needs to incorporate International chemical company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager (Agronomy)  for Northern Spain. The candidate will manage and develop company's distributor network. 

Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager Company's, the candidate should be a Sales Agronomy Engineer with a deep knowledge of the Agronomy industry in Spain. 
Areas of responsibility/Role: 
•Analyze market, detect opportunities and execute sales in order to accomplish agreed targets in terms of volume and contribution. 
•Manage the retail distributor network in the territory. 
•Develop company's product portfolio. 
•Collaborate regularly with the agronomical team in order to ensure that the best agronomical advice is given in order to develop new product applications and concepts in the field. 
•Report market intelligence information from the area of responsibility regularly. 
•Manage and execute the marketing effort within the area - identifying marketing needs and agreeing the appropriate action. 
•Implement promotional activities to develop local agricultural market, for example through meetings with farmers and distributors and writing reports for technical publications. 
•Ensure that 'Best Practice' is used in relation to all company business interests. 
•Encourage customers to respond to company codes in terms of Ethics, Health, Environment, Safety and Quality.


•Ag Engineering degree. Other university degrees are accepted if demonstrated +2 years of experienced in the Agronomy industry. 
•Minimum +2 years sales experience in the Agronomy industry. Knowledge of plant nutrition is highly valued.   
•Strong commercial skills and keen interest in developing long-term market positions. 
•Good knowledge of general IT tools. 
•Strong ability of decision making and execution. 
•Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team. 
•Curious, proactive and taking initiatives. 
•Ambitious, committed and flexible. 
•Willingness to travel extensively in the territory and beyond. 
•Languages: high level of English is a must. 
•Home based office in the territory, preferably in Burgos, La Rioja, Navarra, País Vasco or Palencia.
