Funciones

We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager to drive the tourism business (Touroperators, Online Travel Agencies, Wholesalers...).

- Drive the strategy of the BU, execution of the Business Plan.

- Meet assigned annual quota and revenue budget. Drive the full sales cycle.

- Manage a regional team of sales account managers and sales support as well as coordinate with HQ teams. 

Recruit, set objectives & incentives.

- Drive the strategy of the BU, execution of the Business Plan.

- Meet assigned annual quota and revenue budget. Drive the full sales cycle.

- Manage a regional and international team of sales account managers and sales support as well as coordinate with HQ teams. Recruit, set objectives & incentives.

- Coordinate with the HQ teams and local teams, marketing and customer operations.

- Influence the global sales & commercial practice.

- Sales pipeline management, deviations identification and correction.


Perfil del candidato

We are looking for an experience and passionate sales manager with at least 3 years experience working on B2B sales management within Tourism vertical and over 8 years experience in sales.

Strong sales experience and proven sales track record.

BachelorDegree

High English level
