Funciones

Handle documentation necessary for ISO 9001 specific Quality Program. Position will also be required to maintain these systems once in place and to help with the data reporting mandated by ISO 9001. Assist the Total Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer, and the Quality Department technicians in developing, maintaining, and auditing the operations, and systems that are intended to assure the quality of the product.

 * Administer the document control system via the electronic document control program, SharePoint.
 * Ensure conformance of the documents of the Quality System to the corporate standards.
 * Initiate, track, follow-through complete the review, revision, and creation efforts for all quality system controlled documents.
 * Coordinate and Administer the Corrective and Preventive Action Systems.
 * Manage and maintain the paper copies of procedure manuals that are accounted for in the document control system.

Requisitos

 * High School Diploma or equivalent with 0-2 year related experience
 * Knowledge of products and operations preferred
 * Very high level (almost bilingual) in English and Spanish, other European lenguages shall be much appreciated
 * Excellent SAP skills and experience required
 * Microsoft Word and Excel and Power Point or other presentation skills & experience required
 * Previous Quality Claims experience preferred.
