Your ResponsibilitiesReceiving and processing individual and group bookings from inquiry to reservation, in compliance with the standards of “Leading Hotels of the World, ” Swiss Deluxe Hotels, and our internal QMEnsuring smooth operations in the reservations departmentProviding personalized service to our (international) guests throughout the reservation processEntering guest data into the Protel on Premise booking systemShared responsibility for current occupancy levels and monitoring of the room budgetCoordinating various rates and conditions with the reservations managerClose collaboration with operational and administrative hotel departmentsAssisting in monitoring our availability on online channels (CRS) Your ProfileYou have completed commercial training or an equivalent educationYou bring at least one year of experience in reservations in the upscale hotel industryYou are a lively, well
