We have fantastic opportunities to join our Jet2holidays Team as a Resort Customer Helper (Overseas / Holiday Representative) based in the North of Majorca for Summer 2018.

Reporting into our in Resort Management Team, you will deliver an exceptionally friendly and trustworthy service to our customers' right from the moment they arrive in resort.

Visiting our customers at their hotels and being present to support them at any time during their stay is essential in this role. You will be on hand to give great insider knowledge of the resort and have the confidence to recommend excursions to match our customers needs to ensure they have a great Jet2holiday.

Requisitos

Already living in the North of Majorca, or willing to relocate, you’ll ideally have a basic understanding of the local language as well as being fluent in English.
