At Jet2.com and Jet2holidays we are all Customer Helpers responsible for creating memories and ensuring our customers “Have a Lovely Holiday!”

Jet2holidays is the UK’s 2nd largest Tour Operator, providing ATOL licensed Package Holidays to destinations in the Mediterranean, the Canary Islands and to European Leisure Cities with scheduled leisure flights by our award-winning airline Jet2.com.

We have fantastic opportunities to join our Jet2holidays Team as a Resort Customer Helper (Overseas / Holiday Representative) based in Lloret de Mar for Summer 2019.

Requisitos

Reporting into our in Resort Management Team, you will deliver an exceptionally friendly and trustworthy service to our customers' from the moment they arrive in resort. Visiting our customers at their hotels and being present to support them at any time during their stay is essential in this role. 

All our customers have different requirements to make their holiday special and using your fantastic local knowledge of the resort, you will have the confidence to recommend local experiences, attractions and excursions to match our customers needs to ensure they have a great holiday. 

We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic, customer focused and adaptable people to help create memories for our customers that will last a lifetime. If you love the idea of taking responsibility for our customers’ holiday experience whilst working as One Team, this could be the perfect role for you. 

Already living close to Lloret de Mar, or willing to relocate, you will be happy to learn as much as you can about the area to pass on your local knowledge to our customers.

To be successful in this role you’ll ideally have a basic understanding of the local language as well as being fluent in English. You will also already be a driver with access to your own transport.
