We have fantastic opportunities to join our Jet2holidays Team as a Resort Team Leader based in Lanzarote for Summer 2019.
Reporting into the Destination Manager, the Resort Team Leader will be responsible for leading, motivating and coaching a team of Resort based Customer helpers to deliver VIP customer service at all times.
You will plan your team’s rosters to ensure they are visiting our customers at their hotels at the optimum times and are on hand to share their great insider knowledge of the resort, suggesting recommendations of excursions we provide that match their needs and ensure they have a great holiday.
You will also be the team's first point of contact for advice, as well as working with our local agents and colleagues to help deliver feedback to improve service delivery. Representing our Jet2holidays' values at all times is essential to the success of this role.
If you love the idea of taking responsibility for our customers’ holiday experience whilst working as One Team, then could be the perfect role for you.
Already living in the destination, or willing to relocate, you’ll know the location inside out and ideally speak the local language confidently, as well as being fluent in English.
To be successful in this role you will already be a driver with your own transport and have previous team leader or supervisory experience, ideally gained within the Travel Industry.
