Multinational company, Barcelona city filial located in the city center is looking for a Sales Analyst reporting to the Head of Sales

1 Collecting & processing data and reports regarding the work of Key Account Managers, area managers and brand developers
 2 Handling & support and optimizing the reporting systems and tools using internal and external data sources (example, create stocks reporting from wholesalers)
 3 Prepare ad hoc analysis and recommendations for the head of sales.
 4 Preparing statistical short term sales forecast with commercial input
 5 Work close with Head of Sales to assign volume targets by sales headcount.
 6 Control on trade agreements follow sales policy
 7 Follow up on trade agreements (volume & investment)
 8 Calculate sales incentive by sales HC
 9 Creating and customizing ad hoc sales reports based on SAP and external customer data
 10 Supports the enhancement and compliance of Sales / Finance processes, standards and systems
 11 Managing, updating and ensuring high quality of customers database
 12 Support for Sales Department in administrative tasks
 13 Ensuring proper flow of internal documents (i.e.: price list, terms of trade, on-packs, etc)
 14 Direct communication with field force and ensuring proper information flow
 15 Provide trainings to Sales employees regarding tools and data analysis


Perfil del candidato

* Bachelor degree or similar education
 * At least a one year experience within sales department or databases
 * PC proficiency, MS Office, SAP, others valued
 * Fluent English speaking and writing
 * Strong communication skills
 * Quality Awareness - focus on keeping and enhancing the quality of what needs to be done in terms of accuracy, timeliness and consistent with policies, guidelines and best practices
 * Time management, organizational skills, precision and independence in work
