At Jet2.com and Jet2holidays we are all Customer Helpers responsible for creating memories and ensuring our customers Have a Lovely Holiday.
 
After another exciting year of growth for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, we now have some great opportunities for Customer Service Sales Desk Agents to join our Ground Operations Team in Alicante on Fixed Term contracts. We have 2 positions available for 40 hours and 1 position available for 32 hours.

Requisitos

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Customer Service Sales Desk Agent will responsible for
Delivering fantastic customer service
Management of the Booking System (LS1) on a daily basis for Sales, Change of Dates, Names, Extra charges and Flight closures
Working with World Tracer for any lost bags and related complaints
You will be responsible for the Rush Manifest confection and the control of lost items
The successful candidates should have a:
Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
A positive and flexible approach and always have a “Happy to help” attitude at all times
A high degree of attention to detail
A Proven track record in handling customer queries in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work across rotational shifts
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English and Spanish
