Funciones

Prospecting & Outreach: Execute outbound strategies including cold calling and cold emailing to engage potential customers.
Research and identify target accounts within the sports, gaming, and entertainment sectors.
Pipeline Generation: Qualify leads and schedule a minimum of 2 product demo presentations per month.
Maintain accurate records of activities and progress in CRM tools.
Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities.
Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on market trends and customer needs.
Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed KPIs related to outreach, demos booked, and conversion rates.

Requisitos

Experience: 3+ years in outbound sales or SDR roles, preferably in tech, SaaS, or gaming industries.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to craft compelling outreach messages and handle objections effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e. g. , HubSpot, Salesforce) .
Mindset: Self
motivated, goal
oriented, and comfortable working in a fast
paced environment.
Passion for sports, gaming, and entertainment is a plus.
Language: Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong advantage.
