Funciones

We are looking for a Sales Director with 5 or more experience´s years in a Sales department in a FMCG company. Used to work in international environments and with Team Management experience.

* Develop and execute global strategic sales plan: annual sales forecast and regular reviews.
 * Define price strategy
 * Coordinate sales force
 * Monitor and guide activity of the sales team
 * Build and improve relationships with customers, together with the area sales managers.
 * Develop and oversee implementation of sales analysis tools, or shared tools with other departments.
 * Work with marketing team in the development of trade marketing tools.
 * Provide input to Management in the development and administration of sales incentive programs.
 * Work closely with the production & marketing departments on product trends, competitor's analysis, and customized plans per country
 * of distribution.
 * Conduct market research, global competitors and customers' analysis.


Perfil del candidato

* Experience at least of 5 years in a Sales department in the FMCG sector.
 * Used to work in B2B sales projects and in International environments
 * Good command of international logistics.
 * Work Experience with North-American markets
 * Excellent Native English skills and advanced Spanish skills; other languages would be a plus.
 * E-commerce knowledge
 * Team management experience
