For Tripadvisor, we are looking for a Sales driven Customer Success executive for the Hospitality team, someone who takes care of the clients but is also eager to sell. You will be managing different clients in the restaurant and hotel sector and see how you can help them to get the most out of Tripadvisor´s service! Main Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to our current customers prior to renewal dates and ensure continuity with the solution; - Support and guide customers through the subscription renewal process and explain the continued; value proposition and benefit for business success; - Renegotiate contracts based on current markets, upsell additional features; - Co-browse with our customers online to demonstrate the value proposition; - Modify customer engagement to overcome objections and win customers; - Identify solutions to issues and concerns; - Be capable of engaging with prospects appropriate to their needs and metrics (i.e. Return-on-Investment, traffic, views, and sessions) - Achieve and exceed agreed Continuity targets monthly and quarterly on renewals, continuity and other related KPI´s; - Collaborate with Business Development and Optimization sales teams in the pursuit of excellent results and flawless execution.
- 1 to 2 years sales experience; - A Bachelor’s Degree; - You have the ¨hunter¨ mentality; - Account renewal, customer retention, and/or account management experience; - Fluent level of French - Excellent written and oral communication in English; - Superior sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a proven track record of exceeding goals; - Cold calling (upselling or contacting need leads); - Not intimidated by technical interaction, co-browsing with customer online; - Target driven and proven self-starter with the ability to deliver on targets without constant supervision; - Territory and pipeline management experience using a CRM. A plus if you have: - A fluent level of Arabic, Croatian, German, Greek, or Italian.
