If you have a native level of English and want to be part of a fast-growing, international and exciting company, this job could be for you! 

Our client is a successful Swiss company that is changing the way hospitality talents, employers and schools interact and meet globally. 
For their sales team based in Barcelona, they are looking for a talented Sales Executive who would be mainly in charge of the business development for the USA market and will therefore work closely with the field based sales agents in the USA.

Main responsibilities
•	Strong market research to identify key target clients in the USA, with a focus in NYC and Miami (hotels, restaurants, tour operators, recruitment agencies, startups) 
•	Cold-calls and mailings to potential clients in order to generate interesting leads
•	Setting up appointments for the field sales managers based in the USA, to meet with the leads
•	Contribute to the strategy of the sales department
•	Gather clients' feedback in order to improve the services offered
•	Bring a good mood and enthusiasm for the rest of the team!

Requisitos

Core skills/Experience:
•	At least 1,5-year experience working in sales (hospitality/events preferred but not required)
•	Able to influence and negotiate with a variety of senior level stakeholders
•	Tenacity, resilience and creative thinking to identify and secure new business
•	Able to produce tangible results: proven experience working with and exceeding targets
•	Engaging and problem-solver, able to prioritize and work autonomously
•	Excited about working for a startup within business development
