Our client is a successful Swiss company that is changing the way hospitality talents, employers and schools interact and meet globally. 

For their sales team based in Barcelona, they are looking for a talented Sales Executive who can help them in increasing their business in the Spanish market.

Main Responsibilities
- Strong market research to identify key target clients of your assigned region (hotels, restaurants, startups, tour operators) 
- Cold-calls to potential clients in order to generate an interesting lead and set an appointment with them
- Meet your clients in Spain in order to explain the company's services aiming at closing the sales cycle
- Contribute to the strategy of the department
- Gather clients' feedback in order to improve the services offered
- Bring a good mood and enthusiasm for the rest of the team!

Requisitos

Key languages
- Native level of Spanish
- Advanced level of English 

Core Skills/experience
- At least 1-year experience working in sales (hospitality/events preferred but not required)
- Able to influence and negotiate with a variety of senior level stakeholders
- Tenacity, resilience and creative thinking to identify and secure new business
- Able to produce tangible results: proven experience working with and exceeding targets
- Engaging and problem-solver, able to prioritize and work autonomously
- Excited about working for a startup within business development
