Sales Executive w/ Native level of Swedish Barcelona

Funciones

Main Responsibilities

- Outbound calls and emails to promote and sell the client's services;

- Understand the prospects' issues, needs, technical requirements, etc., and match it with the available Cloud solution to create value for both parties;

- Keep the database up to date with all necessary information (using Salesforce.com as a CRM database); 

- Ensure a strong relationship with current portfolio of customers while expanding the customer base;

- Follow up with current and potential customers and educate them on the product and service offering; 

- Stay up to date with competitors' products or services and have an awareness of the market; 

- Take care of any questions, issues or needs from customers;

- Work to reach individual and team objectives.

Requisitos

Core Skills/experience

- Preferably, a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field;

- Previous experience in sales (cold calling) and knowledge of the IT industry;

- Understanding of cloud computing concepts;

- Previous experience with CRM; 

- Previous experience working with goals and targets; 

- Strong team player with great leadership skills, adaptable and dynamic;

- Ability to communicate and identify the needs of current and potential customers.
