Technological consumer goods multinational company is looking for a Sales Forecasting Manager. Description Reporting to the Sales Director, the selected candidate will be responsible of the following functions: * Analysis & Reporting to support key account managers, the sales force, local and regional management, as well as colleagues in adjacent functions in their activities. * Sales, Retail and Competitor Data Gathering. * Contract Management & Controlling with key accounts (conditions, annual agreements, accrual calculations, special deals etc.). * Sales Forecast Process: gather the necessary input, coordinate the required meetings and provide data / feedback to support Director's decisions. * Active participation to systems & tools improvement projects (e.g. Oracle). * Continuous development of sales reporting templates and processes. * Creation of Management Reports. * Assistance to Sales Directors (e.g. create agendas and presentations for sales, customer and management meetings). * Communication with internal stakeholders regarding Sales Topics. Profile * University degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar. * At least 5 years of work experience as Controller. * Structured, with high analytical skills. * Experience working in cross-functional teams and driving cross-functional projects. * Independent, self-driven and goal oriented, with high motivation, resilience and flexibility. * High Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint as well as experience with ERP systems (Oracle). * English language fluency, Portuguese is a plus. * Travel required in EMEA region by case basis.
