If you are passionate about modern methods & ideas of leadership and their implementation, and you have several years of leading experience in international sales of technical products/services, this position was made for you!

Form Grupo Crit, we are looking for a Sales Manager to work for an important international company to lead the Commercial team. You would be reporting directly to Management.

Your tasks:

Leading, coaching and motivating of our sales team

Implementation & development of our strategic directions

Ensures our short & long term sales & margin challenges

Always keen to improve the efficiency of the team & processes which includes to make use of the chances of digitalization

Design and implementation of product/services launches and marketing compagnes

Continuously market monitoring in order to identify future potenzials and/or threats

Close contact to the team and major customers and partners

Close cooperation with the headquarter in Germany

Understands knowledge building as a key success factor

Requisitos

Your profile:

Master in electrical engineering or economics but with a high verifiable technical knowledge & understanding

Several years of leading experience in international sales of technical products/services

Familiar with modern methods & ideas of leadership and their implementation

Experience in organizational development and change management

Good linguistic proficiency in English (at least C1-Level)

Used to take advantage of the existing ERP/CRM systems

Entrepreneurial mindset

Used to travel (national & international) within Europe

Ready for a cross country collaboration

Experience and technical training in electricity sector
