You will be responsible for developing strong relationship within your assigned leisure and corporate segment to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
Our values of, Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a Sales Manager Leisure & Corporate, you’ll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy. 
Drive revenue, room night production, and market share growth to meet and exceed annual sales targets and hotel budget objectives.
Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the designated markets (CIS, Europe, ASPAC and/or relevant corporate accounts), consistently achieving and surpassing prospecting and appointment targets.
Grow existing accounts through strategic account management, uncovering new opportunities and increasing account penetration within your market segment.
Represent the hotel at client meetings, trade shows, sales missions, networking events, and industry functions, positioning the hotel as a preferred ultra-luxury destination.
Build and execute effective sales plans that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue across your assigned territory.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to create bespoke solutions and exceptional experiences that align with the expectations of luxury travelers and corporate clients.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all interactions reflect the highest standards of service, professionalism, and luxury hospitality.
