Funciones

 * Maintain lead and customer data/records including updating all activities, contacts and correspondence within CRM system.
 * Participate in sales meetings, negotiate and close sales.
 * Provide quality leadership for the company's internal and external customers in all assigned tasks.
 * Responsible for joint business development in the region together with the agents by developing and leading the business plans and sales operation plans.
 * Drive brand awareness of products, conduct training and seminars for clients, channel partners and sales team.
 * Maintain contacts with local business and technical associations and network with industry representatives to expand sales opportunities.
 * Present at industry meetings, seminars and webinars on product positioning and selling benefits with key technical differentiation features.
 * Actively seek and identify leads using internet, referrals, industry articles, associations, etc. and coordinates with their sales agents in the region to reach out - prospecting efforts should focus on touching each account multiple times, using a mix of phone, email, LinkedIn etc.
 * Actively offer additional services and push aftermarket sales.

Requisitos

 * Masters degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
 * 5-8 years relevant work experience in sales, sales operations or business development
 * Experience in leadership positions and record of prior sales achievements
 * Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills allowing for confident representation of the high value, product quality and diverse capabilities
 * Highly dedicated and sales driven with a high degree of personal motivation
 * Willingness for frequent travel, as this is expected in accordance with business needs
 * Exceptional phone prospecting skills with organized follow up
 * Strong computer technology and business software experience including proficiency with Microsoft Office
