Multinational Insurance Assistance Company is looking for a Senior SALES MANAGER to develop its truck assistance business in Spain & Portugal

(Truck Assistance International) TAI is the truck and bus business line of the company. The TAI Sales Manager is responsible of developing and maintaining the current customer portfolio, across Spain and Portugal, selling TAI's different products and services. This portfolio includes medium-sized and large companies in Iberia. We are looking for a results oriented Sales Manager who also wants to build and maintain a great customer relationship and acts as an intermediary between the markets and the back office in our head office in an european country.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 * Develop new broker networks

 * Increase market shares and turnover, signing new contracts

 * Develop and follow up on new business opportunities, being responsible of the contact with brokers

 * Manage current accounts

 * Identification of customers's needs and cater them

 * Negotiation and renegotiation of contracts
 * Prepare market studies on Spain and Portugal and create potential customers data bases


Perfil del candidato

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

 

 * A person who enjoys selling and negotiating, independent to pursue his/her objectives, reliable, dynamic and with great communication and analytical skills, to understand the markets and the customer needs.
 * Senior experience in assistance and brokers is a must

 * With international sales experience.

 * Someone who speaks fluent Spanish and English. Portuguese and/or French will be a plus.

 * Business school graduate

 * Willing to travel (frequent business trips in Spain, Portugal, France and across Europe)
