We are looking for a new talented Sales Manager to join this company's dynamic team 

Main responsibilities:
- Developing short, medium and long term strategies to help the sales teams achieve their targets and growth plans
- Setting KPI's for your team and make sure they succeed in their work
- Identifying gaps/trends in the market
- Analyzing sales data and budget
- Establishing and adjusting the selling process by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
- Engaging with key stakeholders across the business
- Working closely with the Marketing department to improve the effectiveness of on and offline marketing to maximise solutions sales opportunities
- Optimising team performance and create career development opportunities 
- Living and demonstrating the company's values at all times

Requisitos

- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager
- Experience of selling technology products/services
- Strong focus and understanding of Sales activities in general and Solutions sales
- Highly consultative solution sales approach
- Goal-oriented person, able to lead his/her team to success
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
- Great strategizing and planning skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated professional, who shows dynamism and an ambitious attitude
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (especially SalesForce)
